With over 20 years of leadership experience, he blends the strategic mindset of a Psychological Operations specialist with deep expertise in behavioral science and performance coaching. Manu is the founder of Black Sail Elite Coaching, where he helps professionals reverse engineer success through personalized action plans, DISC and modality assessments, and high-accountability systems. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Manu coaches clients across industries, guiding them to master influence, leadership, and purpose.
