Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Jessica Pettis is a first-generation Mexican American, military spouse, mom of three, and proud poodle mom of three. After seven military moves, including Germany and Japan, and calling the Fort Bragg area home three different times, she knows firsthand what it means to pack up, start over, and find a place that truly feels like home.
Jessica started her real estate career as a Transaction Coordinator in 2022 and became a licensed REALTOR® in 2023. Since then, she’s built her business around helping people from all walks of life buy and sell with confidence. From first-time buyers and growing families to sellers, investors, military families navigating a PCS, and Spanish-speaking clients, Jessica brings experience, honesty, hustle, and a whole lot of heart to every transaction. As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), she also brings firsthand knowledge of military life and relocation to the families she serves.
When she’s not working, you’ll find her traveling, at the beach, cooking, decorating for the next holiday, spending time with her kids and three poodles, or planning another Disney trip.
